Kelingking Beach is in Nusa Penida, Bali, and looks down over a cliff shaped like a dinosaur's head and emerald-colored water. From the upper viewpoint you can see the sea breaking into white foam and groups of manta rays, and there are several spots for taking photos. It is often visited on a Nusa Penida day tour, and going before 9 a.m. lets you take photos with more room. The stairs down to the beach are as steep as a rock face and the waves are strong, so swimming is not allowed.
