Daesin Susan Hoetjip is a raw fish restaurant at the entrance of Buan Fish Market in Buan. On the first floor you choose a fish, and on the second floor it is cooked right away into the dish you want. The maeuntang (spicy fish stew) comes out with a sharp, peppery broth. The staff are unfriendly.
