Geobugi Hoe Sushi

Geobugi Hoechobap is a raw fish restaurant in Busan's Namhang Market that serves sushi topped with large pieces of hoe and cuts of sea bream. The fish is large enough to cover the rice, and diners assemble the sushi themselves. When the sushi runs short, more rice is added, and the meal ends with fried food, maeuntang, and miyeokguk. The food is salty and sour.
