Hongcheon Son Kalguksu in Busan serves hand-pulled kalguksu and gimbap. Noodles are pressed by hand from dough to order and boiled in anchovy broth, and only 50 lines of gimbap are sold per day, one line per person. At lunch the wait can run about 15 minutes, and the noodles come with chopped cheongyang peppers and kkakdugi. Seating is limited, so solo diners share tables, there is no room for strollers, and the shop closes early when ingredients run out.
