Jeong Jaeun Kalguksu

Jeongjaeun Kalguksu is a kalguksu (knife-cut noodles) restaurant on a side street next to E-Mart in Sasang, Busan. It serves perilla-seed kalguksu, bibim kalguksu, sujebi (hand-torn dough soup), and home-style gimbap. You can order gimbap and sujebi alongside the noodles, which are chewy. The clam kalguksu does not always have the same level of sand removal.
