Kappadokya Hotel is a small hotel with rooms in real rock caves, set on a hill a 10-minute walk from the center of Cappadocia. Breakfast includes Turkish dishes with several kinds of cheese and vegetables, and egg dishes and menemen can be ordered. The hotel manager Ali books hot air balloon flights and tours, and hot air balloons can be seen in the morning sky from the terrace. Because it is on a hill, the walk back up takes longer than the walk down to the center.
