Gu Miso Gongjang

Gu) Misogongjang is a restaurant in Jaesong-dong, Busan, serving aged pork. Dwaejikkeodegi chae and gamja chae are served as accompaniments, along with wasabi beoseot and doenjang ramyeon. Staff grill the aged pork for diners, so guests do not need to cook it themselves. The restaurant also prepares its own banchan.
