Milseu is a neighborhood bakery in Seoul that sells bread such as sikppang and tarts. It uses organic wheat flour, milk, and butter, and sells naturally fermented bread on the day it is made. There is almost no waiting in the evening, and takeout is packed carefully. After several visits, the selection of new products is limited, and prices are on the higher side.
