Saetbyeol Jegwa is a dessert cafe on the second floor of a quiet alley in the central part of Nowon, Seoul, selling cakes and dacquoise. Its desserts focus on clear ingredient flavors with restrained sweetness. It opens at noon on Wednesdays and Saturdays and sells on-site, operating only twice a week. Popular items sell out as soon as it opens.
