City Bay is a large cafe on the waterfront in Bongam-dong, Masanhoewon-gu, Changwon. The first floor is a spacious parking lot, and orders are placed on the second floor before using the third-floor terrace and rooftop. The Masan sea is visible directly from the cafe, and the sea and night views can be seen outdoors. The coffee and bakery are ordinary.
