Cheolmasan Kalguksu

Cheolmasan Kalguksu is a noodle shop in Cheolma, Busan, serving kalguksu with clams and kalguksu in a rich perilla seed broth. The clam kalguksu comes with a generous amount of clams, and the perilla seed version has a nutty, thick broth. Gimbap and kimchi are also served alongside the noodles. The gimbap is plain, making it the least distinctive item on the menu.
