Hiki Bonjeom is an izakaya in Seoul serving modeum sashimi and ankimo hosomaki. The modeum sashimi includes daepo ikka, domi, flounder, yeoneo, chamchi baetsal, chamchi deungsal, abalone, dansaeu, and ttak-saeu (small lobster-like shrimp). The ankimo hosomaki is an ankimo maki with a charcoal-grilled aroma. Group dining and reservations are available, and the venue has separate men’s and women’s restrooms and wireless internet.
