Beton

Beton is a bakery selling salt bread on the basement first floor of the Twelve store in House of Shinsegae in Cheongdam, Seoul. It is a salt bread chain with branches in Seongsu and at Shinsegae Department Store in Gangnam. The name Beton means "concrete" in German and French, reflecting an intention to keep the dough's foundation solid. The Cheongdam branch draws fewer customers than the other locations.
