Petit Jour

Petit Jour is a cake shop in Fukuoka that serves soufflé and drinks. The soufflé is baked after the order is placed, with the meringue whipped by hand, and arrives warm and soft. It takes about 30 minutes for the soufflé to come out, and photos of Shiba Inu dogs and radios are placed throughout the shop. The coffee is small in volume and weak in taste.
