The gelato is produced in the shop's own factory using Hokkaido milk as a base, and pistachio, Hokkaido milk, and the store-limited Cookie Blue are the signature items. An eat-in space partitioned in white and blue sits across from the shop, where customers can sit down to eat. Cookie Blue gets its blue color from natural coloring rather than artificial coloring.
