Sushi Fuji

Sushi Fuji is a small sushi shop on the third floor of a building on the south side of Tanukikoji in Sapporo. It serves fish dishes including northern shellfish and flounder, and the sauce served with the sushi differs from other places. The shop has been run for three generations, and parties can dine together by reserving the counter. At dinner peak times, there may be no seats even for a party of three foreign customers.
