Tonmasa is an old-style tonkatsu restaurant in an office district between Sakaisuji-Hommachi Station and Kitahama Station in Osaka. It serves hirakatsu, roskatsu, and fried shrimp set meals, with thin, light batter made from fine breadcrumbs. At lunch the seats fill with office workers, rice can be refilled, and an English menu is available. The entrance area is narrow and the spacing between seats is tight.
