Bakery Uno

Bakery Uno is a small bakery in front of Eunma Apartment in Daechi-dong, Seoul, selling milk bread, chestnut bread, and baguettes. It makes pastries and sourdough in-store with French flour and Elle & Vire butter, with no additives, and its milk bread has a strong milk flavor and a chewy texture. The chestnut bread contains whole chestnuts cooked in-house, and the walnut pecan baguette is filled with nuts. The shop is about 10 pyeong in size.
