Gamgol Sikdang

Gamgol Sikdang is a doenjang set-meal restaurant in Daegu. The set includes mackerel and six side dishes, and the restaurant also serves cheonggukjang and seafood jjim. It uses house-made cheonggukjang, doenjang and ganjang, and the seafood jjim is cooked with dried pollack, squid, chicken, kelp and skate and served with sotbap. The seasoning is light, which is divisive for younger palates.
