Park Paengnyeon Memorial Stele

The Park Paengnyeon Yuheobi is next to Daejeon Health Institute of Technology in Daejeon. It marks the birthplace of Park Paengnyeon, one of the six martyred ministers of the Joseon dynasty, and the remaining foundation stones were gathered to form the base of the memorial stele. It is listed as Daejeon Local Cultural Heritage Site No. 1, and an S-shaped concrete path runs through the openings made in the four sides of the wall. Only the stele site remains, so there is not much to see.
