Golmokgil Bread Factory

Golmokgil Ppang Gongjakso is a bakery that bakes bread in a narrow alley in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul. Its sogeumbbang is crisp on the outside and chewy inside, and it also makes soboru sogeumbbang and sikppang. The bakery opens at 11 a.m., and bread starts coming out then, with all varieties available by the afternoon. Sikppang can sell out later in the day.
