Kibuki

Seoul roastery cafe Kibuki brews coffee with beans it roasts in-house. Coffee is made with a Linea PB machine and a Rover S grinder, and cardamom buns and pain au chocolat are also served. The second-floor shop in a red-brick building has Klipsch R50 speakers and uses Danish Christian Bitz cups for its demitasse. The espresso is extracted without sugar, so ask for French organic La Perruche cane sugar.
