Jang-Gunjib

Janggunjip is a meat restaurant near Kyung Hee University in the Hoegi college district of Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, where pork jowl and skirt meat are grilled over charcoal. The pork jowl and skirt meat come pre-seasoned, so they are eaten without sauce. Staff spray Febreze on customers' clothes as they leave. Staff grilling service is dropped when the restaurant is busy, so customers grill the meat themselves.
