Cheongsol Makchang

Cheongsol Makchang is a meat restaurant near Chung-Ang University and Soongsil University in Seoul, serving beef makchang (beef abomasum), pork makchang, and galmaegisal. The restaurant makes its makchang sauce in-house, and the beef makchang is chewy while the pork makchang has a savory flavor. Noodles and naengmyeon (cold noodles) are also available, and the restaurant is run by the owner and their spouse as a local place with regular customers. The makchang has no strong odor and is not tough.
