Dongnaebu Dongheon

Dongnaebu Dongheon is the site of the government office where the Dongnae magistrate worked during the Joseon dynasty, located in the middle of Dongnae Market in Busan and designated a Busan tangible cultural property. The grounds hold hanok buildings including Chungsindang and Mangmiru, the recently restored Yaksacheong, and a pavilion where participants in the March 1st Movement shouted manse three times. Visitors can take photos, try traditional clothing, and play jukma, tuho, jegichagi, and neolttwigi, with performances of Dongnae hakchum and jisin balpgi held at times. Apart from Chungsindang and Mangmiru, most of the buildings were restored in modern times and have lost their original form.
