Bonga-ui Chammat Gaya Milmyeon is a milmyeon restaurant in Busan serving mul milmyeon, mandu, and haejangguk. Mul milmyeon, which originated during the Korean War, has a simple composition without elaborate toppings. Its naengmyeon-like broth has no cinnamon flavor, and the noodles are springy. The mandu look handmade, and haejangguk is also available.
