shisha cafe & bar suien in Osaka

Shisha Cafe & Bar Suien is in Namba Dotonbori, Osaka. It uses 25g of flavoring in its Russian-style shisha and serves desserts overseen by a pastry chef along with a range of drinks. There are private rooms, and the cafe can be used without shisha. Flavor combinations are ordered through consultation with staff, whose voices tend to be quiet, so explanations may be hard to hear.
