Guseokjip is a drinking spot in the inner part of Yeonsinnae, Seoul, serving dwaeji gopchang jeongol, gochu twigim, and kkomak bibimbap. The gochu twigim is filled densely and holds a lot of juice, eaten with wasabi, and the gopchang jeongol comes with a broth that has less odor. Around 6 p.m. seats are still open, but by about 7 p.m. it is nearly full, and a line sometimes forms starting at 5:30. The gochu twigim is oily, making it heavy to eat without beer.
