Ppangjaemi is a small neighborhood bakery in Seoul that mainly sells bread for meals. Its offerings include sourdough campagne, ciabatta, cranberry campagne, and black olive bread. An elderly male owner makes the bread and manages the shop himself. The ciabatta has a chewy, moist texture.
