Gaius noodles yeonsinnae points

Gaio Guksu Yeonsinnae is a noodle shop behind Yeonsinnae St. Mary's Hospital in Seoul. Its janchi guksu comes with bean sprouts, chives, aged kimchi and a seasoned sauce, over anchovy broth and chewy noodles. Noodles are boiled to order, and the kong guksu is served in a thick soybean broth. The shop is small, so a wait forms during busy hours.
