Oneul Son Kalguksu Jjim

Today Son Kalguksu Jjim is a Seoul restaurant in Galhyeon 2-dong, Eunpyeong-gu, that serves monkfish jjim, seafood jjim, and bajirak kalguksu. The monkfish jjim has a moderately spicy regular level and soft monkfish flesh, and the seafood jjim contains scallops, conch, and abalone. The bajirak kalguksu uses plenty of clams, has a clean broth, and chewy noodles. The seafood jjim has relatively little conch meat and roe.
