Ssaligol

Ssarigol is a neighborhood meat restaurant near Gusan Sageori in Eunpyeong-gu, Seoul, serving saeng samgyeopsal, pork galbi, and kimchi stew. The saeng samgyeopsal comes with bean sprouts, kimchi, garlic, and ssamjang, along with doenjang stew. Side dishes and vegetables can be refilled at a self-service bar, which also offers house-made kimchi. Side dish orders arrive slowly and staff service is inconsistent.
