Wau Yangcheoltong Sogeum Gui

Wau Yangcheoltong Sogeum Gui is a grilled meat restaurant in Seoul that serves salt-grilled pork collar. It sits on a hiking trail that runs from Yeonsinnae Station toward the Hwangnyongsa temple site on Bukhansan. The pork collar for the salt grill comes in thick cuts, and seasoned grilled meat and galbi are served as well. Meat is grilled over charcoal, brought out partly cooked, then cut at the table with guidance on how long to cook it, and the meal ends with noodles in a small bowl.
