Shinshu Soba Dokoro Sojibo Fukuoka Acros is a branch of a nationwide soba chain on the second basement floor of Fukuoka Acros. It grinds and cuts its own noodles from Shinshu buckwheat flour. The cold oroshi soba comes topped with fried shrimp and fried eggplant, and the set meal includes kayaku rice. Half a portion of soba can be added for free, and staff explain this ordering method to each customer.
