Amsa Gopchang Bokkeum

Amsa Gopchang Bokkeum is an unmarked restaurant serving yachae gopchang bokkeum in the alley beside Tturejureu near Amsa Station, on the left side of Amsa Market. It serves large pieces of gopchang (grilled intestines) with rice, and adjusts the seasoning if you ask for it less salty. If you call ahead, your order can be collected after 15–20 minutes; after prepayment, you receive a board number and can pick it up without waiting in line. When orders are busy, the wait can be 20–30 minutes.
