Bangi Shabu-shabu Kalguksu

Bangi Shabu-shabu Kalguksu is a shabu-shabu and kalguksu restaurant in Sangil-dong, Seoul, serving mushroom shabu-shabu. Meat, mushrooms, and water dropwort are cooked in a spicy, sweet broth, then finished with kalguksu and bokkeumbap. The fresh noodles are not dusted with flour, so they lack the usual flour smell, and the bokkeumbap is fried separately. Prices are on the high side for the food.
