Gangnam Silbi Hoetjip

Gangnam Silbi Hoetjip is a restaurant in the Garosu-gil shopping market behind Sinsa Station, serving hoe with seaweed wraps. The assorted hoe and seaweed hoe rice bowl come with grilled mackerel and maeuntang, and the maeuntang contains seodeori, the meat and head parts, along with sujebi. At lunch it runs a Korean buffet, with cup ramen and geotjeori served alongside. The side dishes stay roughly the same.
