Hojeya

Hoje-ya serves sushi and hoe (raw fish) between Gangnam and Sinnonhyeon in Seoul. Its sushi balances neta and shari, and a small udon comes as a standard accompaniment. The restaurant is near Sinnonhyeon Station Exit 3, and two sushi sets can be ordered from 11:30 a.m. In winter, cold air comes in around the tables.
