Tongtoon Gangneung is a comic cafe in Geumhak-dong, Gangneung. It sits on the second floor of Gangneung Ilbeonga, so it is found inside the building. One visitor lay down to rest during a trip and stayed for an hour. Staff are unfriendly and sometimes get angry at customers.
