Sosimdang

Sosimdang is a bakery in Seoul that bakes with French flour. Its breads include sourdough, an butter, egg tarts, olive bread, lemon ginger scones, milk bread, and French baguettes. The breads have crisp exteriors and moist interiors, with fillings that blend well into the dough. Opening the door releases a nutty, sweet smell, and the bread is light rather than heavy, served warm.
