Dukkeobi Sukseong Hoetjip is a aged-hoe restaurant a five-minute walk from Balsan Station. It slices aged hoe thick and serves it with soy sauce, chojang, salt, and fresh wasabi; the aged hoe is softer and more savory than live-fish hoe. The interior has a retro 1980s–90s feel, with a large, clean dining space. In the evening there is a wait, so sitting down right away is difficult.
