Insaeng Pa Gopchang

Insaeng Pagopchang is a restaurant near Siheung Sageori in Siheung-dong, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, that grills gopchang (grilled intestines) and daechang (beef large intestine) with Jindo daepa. The pagopchang and padaechang platter includes yeomtong and teukyang, and the daepa is stuffed into the gopchang by hand. Orders are grilled once and served with flying fish roe cheese gyeranjjim and gopdoenjang jjigae. Recently there have been experiences of remaining gaminess and greasiness.
