Sushi Ichi Gasan Branch

Sushi Ijji Gasan Branch serves a sushi omakase course on the first floor of Bandob Ivy Valley, a 7-minute walk from Gasan Digital Complex Station Exit 9. The course runs through flounder with yuzu ponzu, yellowtail, mackerel, and sea eel sushi, then futomaki and kyokku. A reservation in advance includes two hours of parking, and the course is led by two chefs at the main bar and one in the kitchen. The shari is lightly seasoned.
