Mullebang-a Bunsik

Mullebangwa Bunsik is an old snack shop in Gyori, Gijang-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan, selling gimbap, mandu, kongguksu, and sujebi. The kongguksu uses hand-ground soybeans poured over plain somyeon noodles. Ordering gimbap brings a bowl of kalguksu broth alongside it. Soybean powder sits on each table, and adding it to the sujebi gives the soup a nuttier taste.
