Jotaro Saito

Jotaro Saito is a cafe on the 4th floor of Ginza Six, inside a modern kimono shop. It serves parfaits and desserts, presenting parfaits and ice bars in artistic shapes and on dedicated dishes, and also sells coffee drinks. New parfaits are reservation-first, and a reservation gets you a table seat in the back. The parfaits have flower decorations and multiple components that fall apart while eating, making them difficult to eat.
