Bamssaldang is a rice bakery in Singwan-dong, Gongju. It uses Gongju chestnuts and rice to make sweet potato bread, brownies, madeleines, and chestnut milk bread. As the first youth startup business in Gongju, it puts whole chestnuts rather than canned ones into the chestnut milk bread. Because the bread is made with rice, the bread itself is dense like tteok.
