Moeul Kalguksu

Moheul Kalguksu is a restaurant in Gongju that serves bajirak kalguksu. The broth, made with plenty of clams and seafood, is clean and refreshing. The kimchi goes well with the kalguksu and does not have a strong seasoning smell. The suyuk is tender and stays close to the basics.
