Taengtaeng Mandu

Taengtaeng Mandu is a takeout shop in Samhak-dong, Gunsan, selling meat mandu, kimchi mandu, and steamed buns. The thin, chewy wrappers hold fillings of chives and onion for the meat mandu and crisp kimchi for the kimchi mandu. Two outdoor tables beside the shop allow customers to eat on the spot, and freshly made mandu take about three minutes to steam. The shop has closed around 5 p.m. when ingredients ran out, so call ahead before a late visit.
