Malttuk Makchang in Guro District, Seoul, grills pork makchang and gopchang and serves sundubu alongside. The makchang comes unseasoned, with thick chewy rice cakes and cheese powder, followed by fried rice at the end. Two staff handle the orders, and the gopchang portion is large enough for a filling meal. The rice cakes carry an odor, and the beef gopchang leaves a fishy taste.
