Jirisan Black Pig Restaurant

Jirisan Heukdwaeji Sikdang is a restaurant at the entrance to Hwaeomsa in Gurye that grills black pork samgyeopsal and pork collar. The samgyeopsal and pork collar are cut thick, dusted with green tea powder, and served with sannamul banchan. Vegetable side dishes and maesil jangajji come out, and doenjang jjigae finishes the meal. The meat is tender and chewy with no gamey smell.
